Exchange depends on the goods. Clothes will be able to exchange only if they are damaged or wrong sizes. Electronic items can be exchanged, but the products must be in brand new condition. We will not exchange used products. The buyer will have to pay the additional dilivery charges.
Company warranty has all the details. You can claim for the warranty unless it has physical dammages. You must keep the warranty card safe until the end of the warranty period.
