Are these electronic items original?

Yes, We only sell branded original company items. Comapny warranties are available with all products.


How can we exchange the products?

Exchange depends on the goods. Clothes will be able to exchange only if they are damaged or wrong sizes. Electronic items can be exchanged, but the products must be in brand new condition. We will not exchange used products. The buyer will have to pay the additional dilivery charges.


How can we get the service of electronic items?

Company warranty has all the details. You can claim for the warranty unless it has physical dammages. You must keep the warranty card safe until the end of the warranty period. After the specified warranty period you can get your products serviced by paying an additioanal fee. You can send products to service centres. You may call us for further information.


How do you deliver?

Mainly we accept cash on delivery. Delivery charges depend on the distance, size and weight of the products. Delivers on weekdays only. It will take 2,3 days to deliver.(in some rare cases, a week) We will try our best to deliver your products as fast as possible.


How do you charge for deliveries?

We charge LKR 250/- per 1kg. Eventhough the item(s) is less than 1kg, it is still considered and charged as 1kg.
